Simplified process flow
  1. Wet granules are loaded into the product container.
  2. Heated, filtered air is blown up through its perforated base.
  3. The air lifts and suspends the particles, so the bed "fluidises" and every granule is surrounded by hot air.
  4. Filter bags hold back fine particles while moist air exhausts; drying stops at the target moisture.
